Grants for Amputee Care

The Given Limb Foundation has limited funding to help supplement care for wounded service men and women with diminished use of their limbs. Funds will not be donated directly to an individual, but will be used to directly reimburse service providers. In order to be considered for a grant, contact us using the form below to tell us why you need a grant and how it would be used. We will consider each request on its own merits, and will contact you, or the person you designate, if we need more information.
